Richard A. Piccolo, MCP
President
Richard A. Piccolo brings over 30 years of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to B & F Construction Code Services, INC. During his 18 years as a firefighter, lieutenant and public educator, Mr. Piccolo also became involved in other construction disciplines by conducting building plan review and mastering model codes and standards, understanding the positive impact of code compliance.
Among his many achievements, Mr. Piccolo holds a degree in Fire Science and has earned the top certification in his field as an International Code Council Master Code Professional. He holds certificates in building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection codes. As past President of the Illinois Council of Code Administrators, Mr. Piccolo continues to participate in code organizations nationwide.

Sean has previously studied Fire Protection and has over a decade of experience as a Fire Protection Designer and Field Inspector. He has NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certification for fire sprinklers and fire alarm. Sean also has many ICC certifications including Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Inspector & Plans Examiner as well as Fire Plans Examiner.
Greg Principali
Plumbing Inspection Supervisor
Greg has over ten years of experience as a Plumbing Plan Reviewer/ Inspector. He has over 15 years of previous experience as an Illinois Licensed Plumber. He is also an Illinois Certified `Plumbing Inspector and is a CCCDI (Cross-Connection Control Device Inspector).
Greg assigns plumbing inspections on a daily basis and oversees the Plumbing Division.
