Property Maintenance Inspector
Job responsibilities shall include:
Learn to perform property maintenance and field inspections.
Learn to answer property maintenance code and inquiries in writing and over the telephone.
Attend project meetings about inspections.
Meet with clients and prospective clients as assigned.
Attend meetings with clients, trade associations and represent the company as assigned.
Obtain applicable certifications by attending training sessions as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
English fluency required. bilingual a bonus. Knowledge of ICC codes and the ability to apply this knowledge in the field. ICC certification is preferred. A valid, state issued driver’s license is also required. Good written and verbal communication, customer service skills and basic computer skills are essential.
Physical Requirements:
While conducting inspections an individual must be able to the meet the following minimum physical requirements:
The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to walk on property maintenance sites. This includes conducting inspections on uneven surfaces.
Able to climb a ladder.
Ability to walk up/down multiple flights of steps.
Be able to stand for an extended period of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
